Thank you for visiting the website of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates.
Dr. Ramon A. Perez-Rosich is highly trained Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon.
We are here to offer you our expertise whether you need a wisdom tooth extracted or you require much more in-depth treatment for TMJ, dental implants, facial injuries or other oral care.
Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, surgery can be performed the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
We understand that you often will have to take time from work to schedule your appointments, and we appreciate the fact that you do not want to wait any longer than necessary.
While we do our best to stay on schedule, because we provide emergency services in our office, sometimes delays are unavoidable. We will do our best to minimize your wait but we ask that you be patient in the event that a situation arises that prevents us from seeing you on time.

Our staff will do everything possible to ensure that your insurance claims are submitted in a timely manner. We ask that you bring both medical and dental insurance information with you as some procedures will be covered under dental plans while others may have coverage under medical plans.
Information from your insurance company regarding your fees is never a guarantee of payment. Therefore we recommend that prior to your initial visit you may want to both contact your insurance company or your human resources department and ask for information regarding your plan.
